Man of Tomorrow is a male focussed practice providing Cosmetic and Aesthetic treatments in the Birmingham and Midlands region, and is led by Consultant Plastic Surgeon Mr Vik Vijh. More and more we are seeing male patients and we feel it is about time there was a male orientated practice in the UK! As men, we are a little bit more reluctant to express our feelings, discuss elements of our body that we are not happy with and open up a bit about our insecurities. We get that and we are here to help you. We can provide you with a male only pathway from enquiry through to post operative care. We are not aware of any other provider offering this.
All of our surgeons and anaesthetists have been trained in the UK and are Consultants in their respective disciplines in the NHS. Our surgeons are members of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and / or the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS); and are listed on the General Medical Council (GMC) specialist register for plastic surgery with a UK certificate of training (CCT) in plastic surgery and a specialty fellowship in Plastic Surgery FRCS.
Man of Tomorrow’s surgeons have all undergone additional speciality cosmetic surgery training and are continuously enhancing and developing their skills attending specialist plastic surgery conferences as well as being teachers in their own right.
Our aim is to provide a safe, friendly environment for men to consult with top class surgeons who can help address issues that may affect body confidence in an open and friendly way.

Having Gynecamastia surgery with Dr Vijh has changed my life, it has given me so much more confidence. He is a very skillful surgeon and one of the very few that can do the whole operation (gland removal too) all through small incisions in the arm pit. I don’t understand why guys still go to other surgeons having their nipples cut open. I would recommend Dr Vijh to anyone considering Gynecomastia surgery.
